These terms govern the use of the website ulvorixa.com and the crowdfunding services provided by Ulvorixa s. r. o., company ID 56 789 012, with registered office at Mlynské nivy 5, 821 09 Bratislava.
1. Definitions
"Platform" means the website ulvorixa.com and related services. "Investor" is a registered user who commits funds to crowdfunding projects. "Project" is a real estate development opportunity published on the Platform.
2. Registration and investor account
An investor can be any individual over 18 years of age and any legal entity with its registered office in the EU. Before the first investment, the investor must successfully complete KYC and the appropriateness test under Article 21 of EU Regulation 2020/1503.
3. Investing and risks
Every investment carries the risk of partial or total loss of the invested capital. Ulvorixa does not guarantee any specific return. The investor confirms that they understand the nature of the risk and that they only invest funds whose loss would not jeopardise their living standard.
4. Fees
Registration, account maintenance and investing in projects are free of charge for the investor. Ulvorixa is remunerated by the developer through a percentage fee from the successfully raised funding.
5. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints can be filed at support@ulvorixa.com. Consumer disputes are handled by the Slovak Trade Inspection. The investor may also use the alternative dispute resolution procedure under Slovak Act No. 391/2015 Coll.
6. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes are resolved by the competent court of the Slovak Republic. Ulvorixa reserves the right to amend these terms; you will be informed of any changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
